[Microthemer] Problem in the Color Change Box

Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 6. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date.

I don’t know if it’s just with me, but my Microthemer is buggy in the color change box [Image: https://prnt.sc/w9e5gp%5D. Does anyone have this and know how to fix it?
The Microthemer shows a message of error too, as I show in the image: https://prnt.sc/w9dzka
PS: I have the latest version of the plugin as well.

Hey Eduardo,

Sorry for the trouble. It looks like a plugin conflict. Another plugin is probably loading it’s CSS/JS on the Microthemer interface, applying styles interfere with the appearance of the color picker. Would you mind sending me access for the affected site via our secure contact form so I can troubleshoot this?

Thanks for providing access. I can see a conflict between the plugin “Scrollbar by webxapp” and Microthemer. Are you actively using the functionality provided by that plugin?

If so I will see if anything can be done on the MYT side to mitigate the issue tomorrow. Or contact the plugin author.

Yes i’m actively using this plugin. It’s for my custom scrollbar

OK, I’ve reviewed the issue and have contacted the author of the scrollbar plugin to request an update at their end.

I’ll let you know if that get back to me.
