Requesting a Refund [developer license was more than I really needed]

Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 2. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date.

Hello, a few days ago I requested a refund of the developer’s version of Microthemer — it just doesn’t work for me as well as I’d hoped, and in its present state, I can’t really see using it on multiple sites for much that I can’t already do on my own. I had submitted a contact form but didn’t hear back so I’m trying the forum now.
Please let me know how to proceed!

No problem at all. I didn’t receive your contact form message (it went to my spam folder somehow). I would’ve issued the refund immediately otherwise. I will issue it now.

ps did you try the pre-release of version 2 (I sent it out to customers that signed up to the Themeover Customers newsletter)?
