Drop Down Menu Selections NOt Inputtiong

Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 2. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date.

This is my first attempt to use Microthemer. I watched the video on Using the Selector Wizard and began to try my hand at customizing a new child theme. The problem I’m having is that none of the drop down menus, such as Position, Image, etc. will allow me to select a choice. They go away the moment I take my cursor off the triangle to pick one. So, I’m unable to accomplish anything to get started.

I’m using the most up to date version of WP and I’m working in the Firefox browser with Mac OS 10.8.4.

What can I do to rectify this?

Hey,

I’m really sorry but I’m away until Tuesday now. It sounds like it could be a browser or plugin/theme conflict problem. I will address this as a priority when I get back but I can’t offer any more advice right now.
