Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 3. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date. I recently updated the Microthemer plugin and it caused a conflict with Ubermenu on the jQuery responsive menu drop down or at least when I disabled microthemer the problem went away and Ubermenu started to function again. Have you had any reports of this? |

Hey, Would you mind sending me login details for your site via this secure contact form so that I can troubleshoot? https://themeover.com/support/contact/ If you’d rather not, I can email the author and ask if they are happy to supply me with a copy of UberMenu for debugging purposes. Cheers, |

First off, let me just say I love Micorthemer! Things have become a little erratic here too. Microthemer css on some Ubermenu elements and it looks like I need to strip them out manually. sigh. I’ll provide co-ordinates to the contact link. I’d appreciate you having a look, |

Same problem here. Ubermenu stops won’t expand the menu on mobile responsive view. If I disable Microthemer it works normally. According to SevenSparks it is a problem with the version of JQuery. Their solution is too complicated. http://sevenspark.com/diagnosis/jquery-version-incorrect?term_ref=882 |

Hey, Would you mind sending me login details for your site via this secure contact form? I read the article you referenced. Microthemer doesn’t load a custom version of jQuery. It allows the default version to load, inline with best practice. And so it must be clashing with UberMenu via a different mechanism. Looking at your site should help me identify that. Cheers, |
