Buttons [styles suddenly messed after 1 year working fine]

Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 4. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date.

The buttons on my header have gone haywire. Also main heading is chopped off.
It has been working for a year. Cant seem to restore it.
