Cannot open Microthemer anymore

Hello,
this morning I was working with Microthemer and when I went back to the WordPress dashboard and then tried to open Microthemer again it will not open.

Failure Message:
Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

What can I do?

Hey Bernd,

Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear about this issue. This might be something we need to resolve with your web host. I can contact them on your behalf. Who do you use?

Also, if you don’t mind providing temporary access to the site or a test site on the same server via my secure contact form, I would be happy to troubleshoot this directly.
