Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 4. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date. I’m trying to change font color. When I click on the color box, I get a slim drop-down that doesn’t allow me to input any color info. I’m using the current version of Microthemer 4.9.7.8 on Safari, but I’ve also seen this on Chrome as well. This isn’t just on Fonts…it seems like every color picker interface is working this way for me. Am I missing something? |

Hey, It looks like a rogue CSS style is setting a small max-width on the color picker. A style from another plugin perhaps. If you can send me login details via this secure contact form I’d be happy to troubleshoot for you. Thanks, |

Thanks for sending login details. As I suspected, a plugin was applying a style to the color picker: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/shortpixel-image-optimiser/ I’ve installed a modified version of Microthemer on your site that overrides the CSS rule applied by Short Pixel Image optimiser. This fix will go out will the next release, so you can safely update. Cheers, |

Hm. I went back to Microthemer on my site and I still see the issue with the color picker. 🙁 Sorry! Margaret |

Hey Margaret, Sorry I forgot to mention before that you may need to: Hold the Control key down and click the refresh button in order to force the browser to reload Microthemer’s CSS file. This isn’t usually necessary because regular updates append the version number to CSS/JS files. That should do it. But let me know if not. Cheers, |
