Hey, thanks for your question. Microthemer doesn’t have any options for limiting access to certain roles or user IDs. But I found a Kinsta article which describes a method that involves creating a simple Must Use plugin. It could be a good option if you’re comfortable with PHP. The article also mentions that a plugin called Plugin Organizer can help you restrict plugin access based on user roles. Could be worth checking out.
Some things to consider however:
I don’t know if the user ID is available at the point that MU plugins run
The plugin may not provide control over specific user IDs
