How do I set the hex or rgba values to the colour?

Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 6. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date.

Hi everyone,
Apologies if this has been asked before, I tried searching but there was no straightforward answer for my use case.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to change the background colour on some selectors I have created.
I took a screenshot and annotate it accordingly if anyone could kindly point me to the right direction.

It may be straight-forward, but I am unsure why I am seeing black boxes here.

I am using the MT version 6.3.7.8, and Oxygen 3.8.1.

Hey,

I think another plugin is conflicting with Microthemer’s color picker. It should look like this:

If you don’t mind sending me access details for the affected site via our secure contact form I would be happy to troubleshoot this for you.

Alternatively, you could disable other plugins one by one (starting with ones that might include a color picker) to find the source of the conflict. And then I will install the plugin at my end to see if I can replicate the issue.

Thanks for providing access Aizat. This turned out to be a conflict with the OxyMade plugin. A fix will be included when version 6.3.7.9 is released (after a bit more testing).
