Javascript error in latest version 7.2.1.8 of Microthemer

After updating to version 7.2.1.8 I’m getting this error message in the top right of the MT interface:

TypeError: can’t access property “append”, P.stat.overlaysContainer is undefined (line 1)

Microthemer discovered a JavaScript error on your site:

Error: TypeError: can’t access property “append”, P.stat.overlaysContainer is undefined

The error seems to be in a MT js file. MT won’t work for me now. Is this a known thing or is something specifically wrong at my end?
