JavaScript Errors – First-Time User [possible nivoSlider conflict]

Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 4. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date.

Hi,

I just installed this product and am receiving the following error messages:

Something’s wrong

Refreshing frontend styles took more than 20 seconds. A JavaScript error may be preventing the action from completing. The following errors were detected:

Can you please advise me how to fix this issue? It seems like at least one of the errors has to do with the slider in my theme.

Hey,

Yes it does look like the slider is conflicting with Microthemer. Would you mind send me login details via this secure contact form so that I can get to the root of the cause?
