Microthemer targeting does not work

helen_luizon January 11, 2021 at 12:17 pm	Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 6. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date. Hi, Sebastian! I use the WP 5.6 version and the lastest version of Microthemer. I also use the JQuery Migrate Helper. I cannot access my pages to target any elements. I can only see the message “click the target button then select elements in the detached preview window” but when I click the target button, I cannot see my pages or select anything. Do you have any tips on how I can fix this? Thanks, Helen Luizon
Sebastian January 11, 2021 at 2:08 pm	Hey Helen, It sounds like Microthemer might think you have detached the site preview window – from doing this previously perhaps? Please go to View > Detach preview and flip the switch once (or twice if doing it once doesn’t fix things). If that doesn’t help, would you mind sending me access to the affected site via our secure contact form? Thanks, Sebastian
helen_luizon January 11, 2021 at 3:04 pm	Hey Sebastian! Thank you for the reply! I could fix it by deactivating the chrome pop-up blocker! It was preventing microthemer from showing me the detached preview window. Thanks again! Helen Luizon
