Minor: Wrong year in changelog

Hey Sebastian,

as a long term user and someone used to excellent support and regular updates here I was suprised to come back after a while and see the plugin not updated for over a year. But on second look it seems like you just missed switching the year over after new years. I guess this happens at a certain age 😉

Just kidding. Keep up the good work.

Hey Frank,

Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention. When updating the changelog I tend to copy the previous entry and change the details. It takes me about 6 months to get used to the year changing, so I still hadn’t spotted my error in the past 4 months. I’d like to point to being over 40 now, but I think I’ve always been like that.

Thanks again, the changelog now shows that MT is actively maintained. By the way, I’ll be sending an email out about this new AI addition in the next few days.

Cheers Sebastian,

I crossed the big 5 last year so I know how age affects you over time haha. But if it was me I would probably also make the same mistakes and I would even have made them 30 years ago – so totally get that as well. Copy & paste is just too comfy.

Thanks for the heads up on the AI feature – I’m all in on the AI vibe coding game (though a bit more seriously than just vibing). Will definitely give that one a try – very keen to see how you got that prompted properly.

Well happy big birthday for last year Frank!

I’m still refining my background prompting for the AI assistant, but the way I’m making progress is experimenting with various tasks and ensuring it can complete each one – by only giving it general advice that is applicable in various situations. Once it can do the task reliably, I move onto the next task. Many of these tasks come from beta users hitting the thumbs down icon in the chat, which gives me a test case. So please hit that thumbs down if it fails at something. It really helps me progress it’s capabilities. I’ve learned that all AI models need a fair bit of guidance with solving real world CSS problems compared to completing individual functions in a code base.

Cheers!
Sebastian
