MT doesn't load

Hello Sebastian,
I have an issue on 2 sites.
MT doesn’t load Version 7.x
I had to reupload v5.x and restore an old CSS version since all css was wiped out.
After I update to last version again, issue remains. It doesn’t load.
I tried several possibilities (inactivate all plugins, etc) but issue remains.

Were you upgrading from version 5 then?
