Notice: this information was written when Microthemer version 2 was current. On Dec 26th, 2014 version 3 was released with a completely new interface. Some of the information may be redundant, but as much of
the functionality remains the same in version 3 we haven't deleted this post.
Microthemer just keeps reloading and not making the changes to the page.
I’m not sure if it’s because of the latest update I installed or a conflict with my Thrive Theme and Thrive Content Builder.
This turned out to be an issue with the WP Social SEO Pro plugin, which strips out the id of external stylesheets in the head of the page. Microthemer wasn’t able to refresh the stylesheet as a consequence.
To fix, go to the Performance settings of the SEO plugin and uncheck the “Clean up header” option.
