Styling Link States

I’m trying to style hover, active etc link states on one location on one page. I can’t find support for this question later than 2014, for versions long gone. How do I achieve link styling in latest version of Microthemer? Thanks.
Sebastian January 20, 2018 at 8:09 am	Hey Dan, With the latest version of Microthemer you can target elements in the :hover or :active state using the CSS modifier feature in targeting mode. Hey Dan,

With the latest version of Microthemer you can target elements in the :hover or :active state using the CSS modifier feature in targeting mode. The following video shows how to do this: http://somup.com/cFVYjhVwQf
