Ok I managed to make it happen on one of my sites I’ve been testing this on. Here is the video: https://www.loom.com/share/4f753eb30088451c8d9b5d790fe6442a and you’ll see I try it a few times and then on the last try, the popup shows. I use Autoptimize and WP Super Cache on this site. Could they be causing some issue?
I have not been able to reproduce this on one of your test sites yet with a video. Will keep trying that.
Hey, thanks so much for sharing the video. You right I was using Chrome, I think I have been attempting this with FF before, but will check again.
One thing I noticed in your video was a very brief save error notification at the top right that was slightly obscured by the Exit dropdown menu. It happened a few times, it may not be related but it’s curious. If you are able to send access details for the site via our secure contact form that might help me get to the bottom of this.
