What can I do for Microthemer to load the custom page fully?

Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 3. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date.

Microthemer is not loading a page on a customer’s website that loads a chat plugin, Microthemer loading icon keeps circling. What can I do about this?

Hey,

It sounds like a Javascript error is preventing Microthemer from loading properly. Would be able to send login details for the WordPress site via this secure contact form so that I can troubleshoot?
