Not necessarily, MT picks up all JavaScript errors generated by any theme or plugin that is active on the page. It does this because JS errors can prevent MT from performing its actions. But sometimes they are non-blocking errors, and MT is not affected in any way. You can ignore it in that case, and optionally turn off JavaScript error checking via General > Preferences.
