I think I may have made a mistake when I changed the way new folders and selectors are added to the interface. Folders are currently prepended to the main menu, and selectors are prepended to folders. In version 2, they were appended.
I thought prepending was better because you can always see the most recent item at the top. But as I work with Microthemer I find it quite annoying that the order of things isn’t as I expect.
I’m probably going to change this functionality back to appending, possibly tomorrow – unless anyone strongly objects?
