Can not unlock Microthemer – error message

Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 5. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date.

Error when I try to unlock:
TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘jQuery(‘.woocommerce-product-gallery__wrapper div’)[0].style’) (line 2)…

Hey Johannes,

Sorry to hear about your trouble unlocking. It sounds like it could be a conflict with a WooCommerce product gallery plugin. You might be able to successfully unlock Microthemer by temporarily disabling it.

However, if there is a conflict, this might affect your general use of Microthemer after unlocking. So if you see additional error messages, or you just want me to have a look at your site before doing anything else, please send access details for your site via our secure contact form so I can troubleshoot.
