How to replace an image file

I have a page that has a graphic image (logo) that I need to replace. How do I do that?

Alternatively, the image on your page might have been added as a background image with CSS code. In which case it would be a more simple case of targeting the element with the background image and then setting a different background image on it.

If you can post a link to your site I would be happy to take a look and advise you further.
