In My Downloads, it still says “You haven’t purchased any products.”…I purchased directly from this site – how do I actually get the product?

Sorry for the trouble. I searched our system using your membership email address, but only saw an entry for your free trial download. Does your PayPal email address differ from this? Perhaps you could send me your PayPal email address/Transaction ID via this private contact form: https://themeover.com/support/contact/

I will then try to link your purchase with membership account: inong
