Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 6. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date. When clicking a folder within “Selectors” I get the following error:

Hey, Sorry for the trouble. It might be possible to solve this by going to: General > Preferences > Regenerate all CSS (can fix certain issues) > Yes > Save Preferences As that can fix issues with malformed MT data, which I suspect in this case. If not, would you mind providing access to the affected site via our secure contact form so I can troubleshoot? Thanks, |

Hey Bommel, That error looks like it’s due to the WordPress login check. It happens if WP logs you out after a period of inactivity. You can normally resolve the issue by refreshing the page and logging back into WordPress. But if Microthemer continues not to work, there may be another error – the root cause. I would be happy to troubleshoot this for you if you don’t mind sending access for the affected site via our secure contact form? |
