Sorry for the trouble. It might be possible to solve this by going to:
General > Preferences > Regenerate all CSS (can fix certain issues) > Yes > Save Preferences
As that can fix issues with malformed MT data, which I suspect in this case. If not, would you mind providing access to the affected site via our secure contact form so I can troubleshoot?
Hey Sebastian,
I was working on a website and all went well and I used Microthemer a couple of time. Then I got this message:
“TypeError: d is undefined (line 1)
Microthemer discovered a JavaScript error on your site:
Error: TypeError: d is undefined”
URL: /wp-includes/js/wp-auth-check.min.js?ver=5.3.2 (line 1)
Source: Microthemer interface”
Microthemer stopped working after that.
What to do?
That error looks like it’s due to the WordPress login check. It happens if WP logs you out after a period of inactivity. You can normally resolve the issue by refreshing the page and logging back into WordPress.
But if Microthemer continues not to work, there may be another error – the root cause. I would be happy to troubleshoot this for you if you don’t mind sending access for the affected site via our secure contact form?
