Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 5. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date. Hey Sebastian, I’ve been playing around with both MicroThemer and Simple Custom CSS and JS for a while. Obviously in terms of GUI MT rocks. Makes finding the correct CSS selectors much easier even without Chrome Inspector. However, I found that lots of time I just need to tweak the design conditionally, for example, for the archive pages of a custom post type, a specific landing page, home page, and etc. Simple Custom CSS and JS works much like the default WP plugin structure: each snippet could be individually turned on and off (each of them is saved as an individual .css/.js file), and you could also apply conditions on them. I am just wondering if MT has something like this so that we could place some conditions as well? Thanks! |

Hey, In short, no. But this has been requested before by @NoahjChampion and is still on my mind, and the todo list. Here’s the discussion which outlines the plan: https://themeover.com/forum/topic/next-best-thing-for-microthemer-microthemer-logic/ Cheers! |
