I’m just about to leave the office but I watched your video and can see that something is wrong withe interface – it’s not you. I suspect an error is preventing the style options from loading. Would you mind providing temporary access details for the site via our secure contact form so I can troubleshoot this for you? You can use this handy plugin to provide temporary access easily.
Thanks for providing access. This was potentially a caching issue, but did you manage to resolve this by clearing your browser cache / trying other browsers?
