This isn’t one I’ve come across before. Is it just the Microthemer page that doesn’t load or are all pages on your site affected? If The admin area is still accessible, please could you send me login details for your site via this secure contact form so that I can troubleshoot?
If your site is totally down and you need assistance getting it back online please also include FTP details in your message and I will manually remove the plugin for you.
