Heads up! this post was created when Microthemer was at version 3. The current version is 7. Some references to the interface may be out of date. Hello, i just purchased your plugin today, and i can’t validate it, it is always redirecting me to my site homepage. |

Hi there, I’m sorry that you’ve encountered some issues with redirecting. This isn’t an issue I’ve heard of before. My best guess at this stage is that a rule in your .htaccess file, or a security/SEO plugin is not playing well with Microthemer. I’d be happy to have a look at your site if you don’t mind creating a temporary user account for me on the affected WordPress install? You can send the login details securely via this contact form: https://themeover.com/support/contact/ If you’d prefer not to provide login details, please message me via the contact form anyway to discuss alternative options. Many thanks, Sebastian |

Thanks, I can see that the redirect happens once Microthemer tries to load the frontend of your site in an iframe. I just need to figure out exactly which script is causing this functionality. I suspect it is some Javascript somewhere in the iframe. I will update you when I have more information. Cheers, Sebastian |

Just to let you know, I haven’t forgotten about you. I wasn’t able to immediately locate the code that was causing the redirect so I added you to my list of 5 issues that require a site inspection to troubleshoot. I’m going through these now… Cheers, Sebastian |

It’s either something in your theme or one of your plugins. If you have a local version of the site you could try disabling all other plugins to see if that solves the issue. And then re-enable them one by one to discover which one might be redirecting Microthemer. Similarly, you could try switching theme. I suggest doing this on a local copy in case the live site is active and you don’t want to interfere with it. Cheers, Sebastian |
