the system seems to freeze while loading the data

Hello,
When trying to edit a page again with Microthemer, the system seems to freeze when loading the data. Only a spinning circle can be seen. What can I do?

Hey Herbert,

It sound like this could be a theme or plugin conflict. If you don’t mind sending me temporary access details for the affected site via our secure contact form, I would be happy to troubleshoot this for you.

As a first thing to try yourself, Right-click anywhere in the MT interface and choose “Inspect”. Go to the console tab and then refresh your browser. Do you see any red error messages appear? If so, what do they say?
