Ah I see. It looks that might be due to the exceptionally long selector MT is suggesting. I should be able to fix that be setting a max-width on the list. I’ll update you when an update is ready, hopefully later today.

Cheers,
Sebastian

jfoc

thank you

Hey,

I’ve just released version 6.3.2.9 which sets a max-width on the list sizes. This may not necessary fix your issue however. If not, would you mind sending access details for the affected site via our secure contact form?

Thanks,
Sebastian

jfoc

Hi,
I sent you the access details

jfoc

again the problem is raised https://imgur.com/a/WipLP9M with the latest 6.3.3.7

Sebastian

OK, would you mind sending me access to the site again via our secure contact form?

jfoc

Hey,

It looks like a potential CSS conflict, or MT is suggesting an incredibly long CSS selector in that list. Would you mind sending temporary site access again via our secure contact form?

Thanks,
Sebastian

https://imgur.com/a/bgzmbHk still happening on the latest version on the different site

Sebastian

OK, I’ve just released version 6.3.7.5 which sets a max-width on the menus and should stop them displaying off screen. Please let me know if that works for you.

Thanks,
Sebastian

jfoc

seem 6.3.7.5 fixes the issue.
thank you

Sebastian

Great!

jfoc

I found another issue now. https://imgur.com/a/7LPvdJi

Sebastian

OK, thanks for reporting this. I will fix this in version 7 if that’s OK? It’s not far off, and the targeting system is a bit different so it wouldn’t be efficient to fix the soon to be old version.

Cheers,
Sebastian

jfoc

Okay.
When is the version 7 release date?

Sebastian

The beta should be ready in about two weeks.

Is this issue preventing you from making changes, or is it more of an aesthetic annoyance?

Cheers,
Sebastian

jfoc

to be sure its not affecting me too much, for some major changes usually using the code editor faster

Sebastian

OK, that’s good to know.

jfoc

is the beta ready or any RC?

Sebastian

Not quite, but I am close. I will let you know once it’s in a stable enough state to share with early testers.

Cheers,
Sebastian
