After going to the latest 5.5.1.8 update I’m getting this error when clicking the Save Selector button for a new style. It seems a bit random as sometimes it works and other times it throws the error. Please advise on how to fix this? Thank you! —– Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘split’ of undefined (line 1) Error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘split’ of undefined |

Hey, Sorry to hear you’ve encountered this error. Would you mind sending me access details for your site via our secure contact form so I can investigate a fix for this? Thanks, |

Sorry I had to roll back to the previous version I had installed, 5.2.6.0, as it was impacting all the sites on the network install and I was not able to get work done for the new site I’m working on. Things appear to be working fine now. I’ll keep on this version for now and wait for a future release to try again. Love the product and have come to rely on it across all our sites. |

No problem at all. That’s what the roll back is there for. And it’s great to hear you’re making good use of Microthemer 🙂 Most of the upgrade issues have been due to certain configurations of user settings that I failed to anticipate. If you could send me an export of your settings from one of the affected sites I might be able to replicate and fix the error at my end. To do this, Go to Packs > Export. After exporting, download the pack as a zip file. And email it to our support …at… themeover [dot] com. address. Cheers, P.S. Happy New Year! |
